Using hypnosis i will guide you into very relaxed, fully focussed state of awareness. Using gentle positive language I will add by suggestion the beneficial changes/goals you seek into your subconscious, thereby helping you overcome unhelpful behaviors, and form the new long lasting beneficial habits /behaviors you desire.

For the brain to rewire its Neuroplasticity it requires sustained use/practice of a new behavior which will sufficiently challenge the brain to think in a new way. HELP! I need to understand whats got me stuck and want to learn how to change without accidentally making myself worse.
Totally new to all this.
I'm pretty new to all this, and very excited to feel results and set goals. I've been watching videos on youtube and I am really ready for Live seminars
