Just a few words about how I came to be practicing hypnosis.
Over a decade ago, an unexpected major surgery sparked a personal journey that forever changed my path. Struggling with overwhelming fear, sleepless nights, and anxiety, I turned to hypnosis—just hoping for rest. What I found was life-changing. Immediately, I experienced calm, sleep, and my fears just let go. Hypnotherapy not only supported me through the surgery to heal fast but also planted a seed: why doesn't everyone have access to this?
Driven by that question, I became a certified hypnotherapist six years ago. Since then, I’ve been passionate about helping people overcome hidden fears, release limitations, and create meaningful change. With over 500 hours of ongoing study each year in hypnosis, NLP, psychology, and coaching skills, I continuously deepen my expertise to offer practical tools that truly empower my clients.
With a 40-year background as a business owner in the fashion industry, I bring a strong understanding of business dynamics—something that naturally supports my coaching work, especially with entrepreneurs and professionals. My creative design roots also enhance my ability to guide clients in inventive, intuitive ways that spark personal breakthroughs and lasting transformation.
Though I still occasionally enjoy dipping back into design, my true calling now is helping individuals unlock confidence, motivation, and well-being through the power of the mind.
